  • 1 cup - Grated Coconut

  • 2-3 Pieces - Green Chilies

  • 1-Inch Piece - Ginger

  • 1-2 Sprigs - Coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • To Temper -

    • 1 tsp -Mustard Seeds

    • 1 tsp - Urad Dal

    • 1-2 Pieces - Dried Red Chillies

    • 1-2 Sprigs - Curry Leaves

PREPARATION

  • Blend the grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt in a mixer. Add a little water to achieve a smooth consistency.

  • Temper the Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Curry Leaves, and Red Chillies in a separate pan and add to the blended chutney.
